At Seravionyxor, we are committed to providing quality online seminar experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Seminar Registrations
Refunds for seminar registrations may be requested under the following conditions:
- Requests made more than 14 days before the scheduled seminar start date are eligible for a full refund
- Requests made 7 to 14 days before the seminar start date are eligible for a 50% refund
- Requests made less than 7 days before the seminar start date are not eligible for refunds
- No refunds will be issued after the seminar has commenced
1.2 Subscription Services
For recurring subscription services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of initial purchase, minus any content already accessed
- Refunds for annual subscriptions after 30 days are issued at our discretion
1.3 Digital Content and Materials
Once digital content or materials have been accessed or downloaded, they are generally not eligible for refunds. Exceptions may be made if:
- The content is materially different from what was described
- Technical issues prevent access to purchased content
- Content is defective or incomplete
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Processing fees or transaction charges
- Certificates or credentials already issued
- Completed seminars or workshops
- One-time consultation sessions that have occurred
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale
3. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
3.1 Platform Accessibility
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our platform or content:
- Contact our support team at help@seravionyxor.com immediately
- We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If issues cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the extent of disruption
3.2 Cancelled or Rescheduled Seminars
If Seravionyxor cancels or significantly reschedules a seminar:
- Participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future seminar
- Notification will be provided at least 48 hours in advance when possible
- Alternative dates or replacement seminars may be offered
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at help@seravionyxor.com
- Include your order number or registration details
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Include any supporting documentation if applicable
4.2 Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed as follows:
- Review of refund request: 3 to 5 business days
- Approval notification: Within 7 business days
- Refund processing: 7 to 14 business days after approval
- Credit to original payment method: 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution
5. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit card refunds appear as credits on your statement
- PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal account
- Bank transfer refunds require provision of banking details
- We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Attendance at only some sessions of a multi-session seminar
- Access to only partial content in a package
- Service disruptions affecting part of the subscribed period
- Late cancellations as outlined in section 1.1
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the proportion of unused services or content.
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you cannot attend a seminar due to medical emergencies or other serious situations:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Provide relevant documentation
- We may offer alternative solutions including credits, rescheduling, or refunds at our discretion
7.2 Group Registrations
For group or organizational registrations:
- Refund policies follow the same timeline as individual registrations
- Partial group refunds may be available if some participants cannot attend
- Contact us directly to discuss group-specific circumstances
8. Exchanges and Credits
As an alternative to refunds, we offer:
- Transfer to a different seminar of equal or lesser value
- Account credit for future purchases
- Postponement to a future session of the same seminar
Credits issued remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
9. Disputes and Appeals
If your refund request is denied and you wish to appeal:
- Submit a written appeal to help@seravionyxor.com within 14 days of the denial
- Include any additional information or documentation supporting your request
- Appeals are reviewed by senior management within 10 business days
- The decision on appeals is final

This Refund Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Seravionyxor, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
